CAI's Green Philosophy began a long time ago. From the farmland of Northern Michigan, we realized a waste-not-want-not policy.
Originally, we packaged COD tubes in foam pad manufactured for us at a cost of about $1.00 each. We were throwing away dozens of small "inner sleeves" of cardboard which the glass culture tubes were shipped in.
